Marketing and Sales

Main role : Manages market research, promotion, and sales activities. 

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Digital marketing: Create and manage digital content for platforms like social media, blogs, and websites, optimizing for SEO/SEM.
  • Campaign management: Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns, including paid ads on platforms like Meta and Google, and optimize them for performance.
  • Social media management: Oversee social media accounts, plan content, schedule posts, and engage with the community to build brand awareness.
  • Content creation: Produce engaging content, which can include written copy, images, and videos for various marketing materials.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), using tools like Google Analytics, to measure success and make data-driven improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market analysis for stakeholders.
  • Client and team collaboration: Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, production) to ensure strategy alignment.
