Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for all operational, administrative, and office functions.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives, policies, and operational procedures to support organizational goals.
- Monitor and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high-performance culture.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices across all operational areas.
- Support strategic planning and business development to achieve long-term growth objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior operational or executive leadership role (GM, COO, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of operations management, finance, strategic planning, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills.
